When students are absent: 

• Please send a note when the child returns to school.  Parents may use the pink absentee sheets provided by the school for convenience.
• The district's policy allows a maximum of 7 parent notes each year. After these 7 parent notes, all other absences/tardies will be considered unexcused.  Please review the district policy HERE.
• Even if a parent calls ahead to discuss the early dismissal or absence from school, a written note is needed for student files. We cannot use the phone conversation as the documentation needed on file.
